All Small Group Leadership development information will now be located online at www.groupleader.org.  The courses you choose to complete will be based on your experience in leading groups & your desire to go deeper in your knowledge in Small Group Ministry.  These materials are NOT designed for you to read through on your own and have a complete understanding.  Each course is designed for you to print, read, study, and then meet with a Coach or Coordinator to discuss and work through the studies together.  The process of leadership growth is an organic process that ensures each person is developed individually and according to their individual needs.
